We accomplish it by helping our visitors and customers find what
they want. We also do that by giving great service and making sure
our customers are satisfied with that service even if it costs us
a little money.
Because
we are closing out this website,
all sales are final except those with defective product. If
something should arrive in defective condition, please call us for
an RMA (Return Authorization Number). That way we can track your
return and make sure your credit card is credited for the amount
of the product purchase. Shipping is non-refundable.

Return Policy on Defective Products
All we ask is that you:

Carefully unpack
and inspect your order without damaging any manufacturer's
packaging. If the product is found to be defective, we will replace that product with a non-defective
product at no cost to you or refund your purchase if it is no
longer available.

Once you have
followed these steps,
email us or, call us at 1-505-892-2771
a return authorization number (RMA#), please write the return
number on the outside of the box, just above the address.

Once
your package has arrived in our warehouse, we will quickly
replace or product or issue a refund.

Return the item in the original shipping
material. If you receive several items in a large
container, please email or call us for instructions on
packaging to ensure that it arrives back to us in its
original condition. Please take extra care with fragile
items.

If you receive damaged items caused by the
shipping company, immediately notify the delivery person at
the time of delivery or call UPS at 1-800-742-5877 to notify
them of the damage. That way we can submit a claim for the
damage and get another piece shipped out to you right away.
Our desire is for you to be able to complete your home
decorating as quickly as possible.
